Shipping and Return Policy

Order Processing

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Some delays may occur.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping notifications

By providing your contact info, you agree to receive order updates and tracking notifications.

Tracking info is sent by email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard shipping

USPS Ground Advantage, typically 5 to 8 business days. Occasional delays may occur.

Priority shipping

USPS Priority, estimated 3 business days from shipment. USPS does not deliver on weekends.

Address accuracy

Please double check your address before completing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delivery and liability

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. Use the tracking number for shipment status and proof of delivery.

If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly.

Shipping restrictions
  • No shipments go out on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times may be slightly delayed.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns and Refunds

Returns

Notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue to be considered for a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are evaluated case by case. We do not accept returns for opened products except under our Worry Free Guarantee.

Refunds are not granted based on product effectiveness. Cannabinoids affect everyone differently.

Cancellations and modifications

You have a 30 minute window to cancel after placing an order. During this time, you can cancel from your order confirmation page.

After 30 minutes, the order is sent for processing and can no longer be canceled.

If an order has already been processed and you no longer wish to receive it, you may return unopened product at your own shipping expense.

Shipping refunds

Refunds do not include shipping costs unless we shipped the incorrect item.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case by case basis. Email us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue.

Refunds will not be issued for product effectiveness.

Refund timing: After approval, refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear depending on your bank.

After a refund is issued, timing is controlled by your bank.

Abuse of policy

Attempting to abuse the refund policy or filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being blocked from future orders.

Third party purchases

If you purchased through a third party retailer, contact them directly. We cannot assist with orders placed outside our official website.

Worry Free Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied and want to try something else, you may be eligible for store credit under our Worry Free Guarantee.

Requirements
  • First time purchase of a specific product
  • Product must be at least half full
  • Request within 14 days of delivery
Process
  • Email support with your request: support@liftedwellnessco.com
  • If approved, receive a prepaid return label
  • After receipt and verification, store credit is issued

Exclusions: Sale items, BOGOs, and all flower do not qualify.

This guarantee provides store credit only, not cash refunds.

Insurance and Claims

Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance can be added at checkout for 3.5% of your order total to help protect against loss or damage in transit.

Wait 3 business days after expected delivery before contacting us about an insured shipment.

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Lost Item Policy
What we cover
  • Lost in transit: Considered lost if it is never reported as delivered and 5 business days have passed since the last tracking update.
  • Claims must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.
What we do not cover
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier
Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged and unusable, email clear photos showing the product and packaging.

All claims are reviewed before approval.

THCA Shipping Restrictions

Due to current state laws, we cannot ship THCA products to the following states:

Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont
