Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. After pickup, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. You will receive tracking as soon as the label is created.
Do you provide lab results (COAs)?
We prioritize transparency. If a product includes a COA link or batch info on the listing, that is the correct reference for that item. If you cannot find it, message us with the product name and we will point you to the right batch information.
How do you select your flower?
We focus on quality first. That means choosing batches based on structure, aroma, cure, and overall consistency. If we would not keep it in our own rotation, it does not make the site.

What is your return and refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number. We will make it right. Due to the nature of sealed consumable goods, opened products typically cannot be returned.
